It requires a lot of hard work, physical fitness as well as mental strength too. Therefore they have been very conscious of their diet plans. They appoint well known and expert dieticians, who formulate customized diet plans for celebrities and advice them.

AKSHAY KUMAR: Khiladi Kumar wakes up early at 4:30 am every morning and starts the day with swimming for an hour. He also does martial arts, yoga, and meditation every day. In his Breakfast, he eats Parathas with a glass of milk. He has some fruits prior to his lunch. In the afternoon, he eats Roti, green vegetables, Dal, chicken and some curd. In the evening, he drinks fresh juice with some sugar. In his dinner, he just has some salads, soup, and veggies. He says this keeps him Ruf & Tuf for a whole day.
SALMAN KHAN: he usually avoids processed and sugary foods. In the morning, he has 4 eggs with low-fat milk in his Breakfast. In his lunch, he eats 5 chapatis with salad and veggies. In the evening, he eats a protein bar and almonds. Dinner consists of veggies soup, 2 white eggs, and fish/chicken. He also has a pre-workout and post-workout diet plan. SONAM KAPOOR: Sonam Kapoor is very concerned about her diet nowadays. She had lost 35 Kgs in just 2 months. She starts her day with Oatmeal and fruits in her breakfast. After some exercises, she eats brown bread with eggs or has a protein shake with juice mixture. In her lunch, she eats just one Roti with Dal, sabzi, salad and chicken/fish. At the end of the day, she drinks soup with steamed veggies along with a salad as in her dinner.
